Anon/A1 - Postcard

A collaged postcard I received today- one I initiated back in the 90's or early 2000 for a recycling project. Strange it should appear just now. No idea who it is from - though the postmark says "South East Anglia" so it narrows it down a bit. If you are responsible and would like a name check please get in touch.
